Hi, just want to say, well done to you for creating this. I’m 67, I’ve tested negative for coeliac but I’ve got food issues and eat gluten free. It’s bad enough for an adult so I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for a child. I go out with my daughter and grandson and have problems finding somewhere that has food I can eat. It’s ok with meat/fish and veg but if we only want a sandwich we’ve no chance. I’m in Sheffield (UK) and I know one Italian restaurant that will do GF pasta or pizza if you tell them. Didn’t look to see where you are. If you in UK I did find one (kids) product that I love: GF Frozen Fish Fingers by Youngs, sold by Morrisons. They are gorgeous. If you’re in Uk and I find anything that might help, I’ll let you know.

    Good luck
    Kizzy

Hi Kizzy, In some ways it’s easier in that children don’t remember the “yummy” gluten food, but much harder in other ways (school lunches, birthday parties etc). Thanks for your supportive comments – the more we promote GF, hopefully the sooner there will be decent GF food wherever we go!

Ah, just looked at you on Twitter so no I realise you’re not in the Uk so I won’t be much use. lol, sorry, but good luck.

I have followers from the UK, so I’m sure someone will benefit from the information. Always happy to receive helpful info.
